    Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please note we require a minimum 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Failure to do so will result in 50% of your service fee being charged. Less than 10 hours notice for cancellations will be charged at 100% of your service fee.

    Late Policy: If you are running late to your appointment please advise your service provider. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled and charged as a no show if we can no longer fit it in your allotted time slot.

    Bringing extras to your appointment: Please note that we are a smaller salon and sometimes can not accommodate many extra people at your appointment. If you need to bring a friend along just let us know! If you need to bring a child to your appointment please advise your service provider so we can try our best to accommodate you!
